Available in the gas or electric versions with indirect heating for cooking thicker foods, such as creams and sauces.
The steel tank (50, 100, 150, 200L of capacity) is highly resistant to salt and sauce corrosion and can be even used by inserting baskets for cooking large amounts of vegetables.
